Deputy Mayor for Education and Business Development Boryana Shalyavska opened this year's edition of "Panorama of Schools". The event was held in front of the "22 September" hall in BLagoevgrad.

„"I see talent, knowledge, skills and a lot of beauty in front of me. Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing why you chose your school and what you could offer to those students who are currently facing the choice of where to continue their education. Choice is a key moment in every person's life. Young people are constantly faced with different choices. Enjoy every moment of this journey - choose an environment, choose friends, choose courage," said Boryana Shalyavska in her greeting.

16 schools and vocational high schools presented their profiles, specialties and achievements at separate stands. Visitors, mainly students and parents, had the opportunity to learn about innovative educational approaches, extracurricular activities and opportunities for future learning. The stands impressed with interactive demonstrations, original products, robotics, thematic models and culinary presentations.

For the first year, the Children's Business Club - Blagoevgrad also participated in the forum with an independent presentation, presenting its activities and initiatives.

Guests at the event also had the opportunity to enjoy a rich music and dance program that accompanied the presentation of each school.

This year's "Panorama of Schools" was attended by:

National Art Gallery "St. St. Cyril and Methodius", 2nd Primary School "Dimitar Blagoev", 3rd Primary School "Dimitar Talev", 5th Primary School "Georgi Izmirliev", 3rd Primary School "Dimitar Talev", 11th Primary School "Hristo Botev", 12th Primary School "Gotse Delchev", 13th Primary School "Ivan Vazov", 14th Primary School "Ivan Iliev", 15th Primary School "Kuzman Shapkarev", 16th Primary School "Vasil Levski", 17th Primary School "Arseni Kostentsev", 18th Primary School "Ichko Boychev", 13th Primary School "Dimcho Debelyanov", 14th Primary School "Acad. Lyudmil Stoyanov" and Children's Business Club - Blagoevgrad.

During the event, visitors also received information about the newly introduced electronic first grade admission system, which will be implemented for the 2025/2026 school year.

The aim of the initiative, organized by the Municipality of Blagoevgrad, Career Guidance - Blagoevgrad and the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad, is to familiarize students and their parents with the opportunities for education in schools on the territory of the municipality and to support them in the process of making informed and motivated choices for the future.
