On August 30, a cleaning campaign in Blagoevgrad \u201ePlums for Garbage\u201d was held, organized by the Association \u201eWe the Women\u201d - Blagoevgrad, Blagoevgrad Municipality and the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad. Mrs. Kostadinova, Director of the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad, greeted everyone who came to join the initiative, wishing that this tradition would continue in the future, and Mrs. Zdravka Chimeva told the story of the creation and what the purpose of the event was. Over 70 children who attend the summer activities at the Center, together with their teachers, with great desire and emotions grabbed the provided bags and gloves and started cleaning in the designated areas of the city. Traditionally, everyone was welcomed with bread, and after the end of the campaign, the organizers provided many prizes for the works they made from eco-materials.
