Background
We applied for this project because we identified a clear need to strengthen the capacity of our teaching staff to address increasing aggression, rising stress levels, and the growing number of students with special educational needs. European mobility will provide access to proven practices for creating a safe, inclusive, and resilient educational environment.
Objectives
The objective of the project is to enhance the professional capacity of the teaching staff to create a safe, inclusive and sustainable educational environment. Through training in a European context, we will implement effective practices for preventing aggression, supporting students with special educational needs, and strengthening psychological resilience, ensuring a lasting improvement in the quality of our educational work.
Impact
We expect increased competences of 9 teaching professionals, measurable improvement in their knowledge and confidence, implementation of an internal model “Safe, Inclusive and Sustainable Educational Environment”, development of at least 20 practical tools for working with children, improved organisational climate, and sustainable partnerships for future European cooperation.
