Enrollment in the schools at the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad takes place on site in the Youth Center building /2nd floor/, by filling out a sample application. You can also enroll your child online by downloading an application, filling it out, signing it and sending it scanned to email: info-106004@edu.mon.bg.
The following fees are paid at the Center for the Study of the History of the Republic of Bulgaria - Center for the Study of the History of the Republic of Bulgaria for the use of services in the areas of "Science and Technology" and "Arts":
- monthly fee of €10.20 /19.94 BGN/ – payable by the 10th of the current month for which the service is used;
- or you can take advantage of a discount by paying a tuition fee of €25.55 /49.97 leva/ – payable by the end of the month November for use of the service during the first academic term and until the end of the month February for using the service for the second academic term.
Fees are paid by parents or persons authorized by them on site in the Youth Center building or to the account of the Central Youth Center: BG14SOMB91303113726101.
A reduced fee is paid for:
- second child, for two children from one family who attend the CPLR-CLTRDB – 50 % of the fee for the service used;
- children from poor households, within the meaning of §1, item 12 of the Additional Provisions to the Methodology for Determining and Updating the Poverty Line for the Country, after submitting a report prepared by the Social Assistance Agency – 50 % of the amount of the fee for the service used.
No fee is charged for:
- children whose parent has more than 71% reduced working capacity, children of unknown parents, children deprived of parental care, children with one parent and children of deceased parents;
- children with special educational needs, within the meaning of §1, item 27 of the Additional Provisions to the ZPUO;
- the third and subsequent children of parents with many children;
- children from socially disadvantaged families who meet the requirements for receiving targeted heating assistance, upon presentation of a certificate issued by the Social Assistance Agency;
- children and students with an expert decision issued by the medical expertise authorities.
