For several months now, in the classes at the "Entrepreneurship and Catering" school, led by Svetlana Mladenova at the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children in Blagoevgrad, the children from DG No. 1 "Vedritsa" in the 3rd and 4th groups have been showing enviable skills and abilities. Independence, confidence in their own qualities, desire to express themselves, creative thinking, active participation, communication and teamwork are some of the qualities that the children develop at the school. They gain knowledge in relation to healthy eating, handling utensils, behavior and etiquette during meals, preparing food from selected products by cutting and shaping, decoration and modeling. And at the end of each class, imagination and curiosity for the next project prevails...
