The little Srachkovo students from the "Aleni Makove" Kindergarten No. 12 from the 2nd group "Sunshine", 3rd "Clover", 4th "Winnie the Pooh" and "Zvancheta" made beautiful martenitsa with great imagination and love!
Mrs. Tsvetanova, head of the Ecology School at the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children in Blagoevgrad, told them interesting facts about the tradition and symbolism of the Bulgarian holiday of Baba Marta. The children recited poems, made colorful cards, unusual little cards made of felt and a huge martenitsa made of recycled cardboard.
