At the School of Entrepreneurship and Catering„ At the CPLR - CLTRDB children will receive basic knowledge and skills in relation to:

• Etiquette during meals;
• Serving food and handling utensils;
• Healthy eating and why it is important for us;
• Types of meals – breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner;
• During the activities, children will learn about the characteristics of the cuisine of different nations;
• Organizing a celebration and preparing themed food models;
• Team games in which children can perform and show the practical knowledge and skills they have learned (with the possibility of parents and teachers participating);
• Inclusion in various events of DG, CPLR – CPLRDB and external partners (catering);
• Opportunity to participate in competitions, festivals, events and projects at the municipal, national and international level;
• An opportunity to experience the work of already established professionals in the kitchen on site.

At the end of the school year, children will receive certificates for active participation in the "Entrepreneurship and Catering" school.
