I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The interest center "Summer Academy 2025" will give children the opportunity to create and learn in the form of play during the summer vacation in various areas - mathematics, ecology, dance, fine arts, etc.
The summer vacation interest group "Summer Academy 2025" is designed for children from 6 to 12 years old and will operate from June 16 to August 14 in Blagoevgrad.
„"Summer Academy - 2025" is organized by the Center for Rural Development - Center for Rural Development and the Municipality of Blagoevgrad.
By Decision No. 46 of February 15, 2024 of the Blagoevgrad Municipal Council, the revenue from fees remains in favor of the Central Public Health Service - Central Public Health Service and is part of the funds allocated to the institution's budget.
II. RECORDING:
1. It starts on June 4th and will continue until the end of the workshop.
2. Until June 13, applications can only be submitted at the Youth Center from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and from June 16, on site in the Varosha district.
3. The interest-based class during the summer vacation is paid. The fee is 10.00 BGN per day for 1 child, according to the Tariff to the Regulation on the determination and administration of local fees and prices of services on the territory of the municipality of Blagoevgrad, Section VII – Other fees and prices of services.
4. The fee is for the entire day and does not depend on the time the child is engaged in activities. There are no financial benefits.
5. A paid fee is refunded only upon presentation of a document certifying the reason for absence.
III. OCCUPATIONALITIES:
1. They are conducted by qualified specialists at the Center for Early Childhood Development - CLTRDB, who have experience in working with children and students.
2. Classes are full-day.
3. Children/students are accepted from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the designated areas in the Varosha district by the formed teams.
4. Children/students choose which of the formed teams to be included in.
5. Upon acceptance of the child/student, a receipt for the paid fee is presented, signed by the person accompanying the child/student and by the official who accepts him/her. The approximate time at which the child/student will be picked up is reported.
6. Children/students are released from the classroom only upon signature.
7. The classes are held at the base of the Center for the Study of the Human Rights of the Republic of Bulgaria - Center for the Study of the Human Rights of the Republic of Bulgaria and in pre-determined zones and places on the territory of Blagoevgrad.
IV. NUTRITION:
1. Organized meals will be provided in the cafeteria of the V Sofia University "Georgi Izmirliev".
2. Meals are provided only against a coupon purchased in advance from the school cafeteria by parents.
3. Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
4. Children/students are accompanied to the school cafeteria and back by the team leaders.
5. Parents who do not wish to have an organized lunch must provide food and water for the day.
