„"Marta Fest" unites the children of Blagoevgrad around one of the most Bulgarian traditions, namely the making of martenitsa. The initiative is of the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad.
Within a few days, creative workshops are held in the building of the former Youth Center.
All children who wish can participate, and the materials necessary for making the martenitsa are provided by the organizers.
The finale of the initiative is on February 26 at 3:30 p.m. in front of the Youth Center, when the participants will arrange a common installation of the created martenitsa.
The composition will decorate the space in front of the building and the Varosha neighborhood.
„"Marta Fest" is organized with the financial support of the European Union through the Next Generation EU instrument under the project "New Generation Local Cultural Policy for the Municipality of Blagoevgrad".
