The children of the Summer Academy 2026 immersed themselves in the world of nature in Rila National Park. The participants of the Summer Academy 2026 visited Rila National Park, where they experienced an unforgettable educational encounter with nature and its riches.
During the visit, Dr. Stefan Kirilov - Chief Expert at the Rila National Park Directorate, gave a fascinating lecture, introducing the children to the rich biodiversity of the park, its natural landmarks, the safety rules when visiting protected areas, and the importance of their protection.
Of particular interest was the opportunity for participants to view and become familiar with the Red Book of the Republic of Bulgaria, learning more about the rare and endangered plant and animal species found in our country.
