The "Think Green" project of the Center for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development (CELDR) is among those approved in the National Campaign of the Ministry of Environment and Water "Clean Environment - 2023". The project has a total value of 7,423.96 BGN and is financed by the Environmental Protection Agency. The planned activities will be implemented in the period July - September 2023. The goals and objectives of the project are aimed at:
– increasing public awareness and public awareness of the role and importance of biodiversity for natural processes and the life of the people;
– increasing and strengthening environmental culture and self-awareness among adolescents;
– awareness of the responsibility to protect the natural resources of our country and building a lasting attitude towards nature;
– formation of intellectual and practical skills in adolescents through personal experiences and contact with nature;
– involving parents in the idea of environmental protection;
– Enhancing the learning space in the direction of bringing it closer to an eco-territory and building a mini infrastructure that contributes to the ecological, safe and responsible behavior of children towards nature.
