The first event of its kind, organized by the Municipal Youth Parliament - Blagoevgrad at the Center for Youth Development and Youth Development - Youth Development
The training program included:
- First panel: experts from the HRD Center will inform about the opportunities of the Erasmus + program /for directors of kindergartens and schools, as well as for all interested parties/;
- Second panel: training for young people and beyond. How to create a "working" Europass CV /European CV/.
Experts from the Center for Human Resources Development /HRD/, the National Expert Team on Vocational Education and Training Bulgarian National VET Team и Europass Bulgaria met with more than 40 students to impart valuable knowledge and skills in the field of training and career development.
The young people gained knowledge about:
- Opportunities to apply for the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs;
- Ways to engage in international mobility and professional initiatives that would help them develop new competences and broaden their perspectives;
- How to create a professional CV and cover letter using the Europass platform;
- Techniques for successfully presenting personal skills in a job interview, demonstrated by Dr. Liliya Elenkova;
- Interactive sessions and practical training helped students hone their communication and presentation skills, which will prepare them for the real job market.
The goal of the event is to inspire and support young people in building successful careers by accessing valuable resources and programs. Through these initiatives, young people receive not only knowledge, but also the opportunity to develop on a global scale.
