A training course on the project "Construction of a Youth Center - Blagoevgrad" was held at the Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children in Blagoevgrad. Students from the city participated in it, and throughout the day they participated in various interactive activities.
Teachers, mentors and career consultants showed with examples and exercises how young people can navigate their future career path, how to communicate better with others and how to work in a team. Part of the training was also related to business ideas, entrepreneurship and how an idea can become a real project.
Participants also learned how to present themselves to employers and universities and which skills are important for their future development.
The project is being implemented jointly with the Municipality of Blagoevgrad, Youth Center - Blagoevgrad, Eco-Southwest Regional Center, Active Bulgarian Society.
The School of Journalism and Media was also on site to cover the event and show how such trainings help students take their first steps towards their future.
All students who participated in the training received a certificate of participation, which can be used when applying to universities, as well as for future professional development.
