CPLR - Center for Personal and Creative Development of Children of Blagoevgrad sent 34 of its graduates to a solemn ceremony at the Youth Center.
Among the official guests was Deputy Mayor Boryana Shalyavska, who congratulated the graduates and wished them to follow their dreams with confidence and never forget the place from which they started.
The graduates received plaques and certificates in recognition of their contribution to strengthening the authority of the Center, the development of cultural life in the municipality of Blagoevgrad and their active participation in youth activities.
The festive mood was created by talented graduates of the Central Regional State Educational and Cultural Center, who, with their musical performances, made the farewell of the graduates even more exciting and emotional.
